I seek a role in export/logistics where I can apply documentation and customs expertise, coordinate air/sea shipments, work with collaborative teams, and grow within a compliant, client-focused environment.

I am an export coordinator and clerk with hands-on experience preparing export documentation, managing customs compliance, and coordinating air and sea shipments to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. I have worked with logistics systems such as Easyclear, FedEx tools, Cargo Dues, and produce reports, load lists and shipping instructions while maintaining strong client and freight partner relationships.

I have a background in retail customer service and have been an Export Entry Clerk since 2019, providing quotes, approving shipping instructions, resolving shipment issues and ensuring adherence to Incoterms and safety requirements. I prioritize attention to detail, clear communication and teamwork to deliver compliant, efficient international trade operations.
