I am looking for a role that fosters growth in cybersecurity, values teamwork, and encourages continuous learning.

My name is Zachary Pacheco, and I am currently pursuing a Cyber Security Boot Camp at the University of California Riverside, set to complete in 2024. With a solid foundation in security fundamentals, systems administration, and networking, I am eager to transition into the cybersecurity field. My experience as a Shift Lead at Capstone has honed my leadership abilities, where I managed staff and ensured operational efficiency while monitoring key performance indicators.

Throughout my career, I have developed a versatile skill set that includes project management, critical thinking, and effective communication. My role as an Order Selector and Union Steward allowed me to mediate between workforce and leadership, ensuring a collaborative environment. I take pride in my ability to coach personnel in safe work practices and maintain a positive attitude, even in high-stress situations. I am a self-starter, quick learner, and passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to a dynamic team in the cybersecurity domain.
