What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead education improvement, school turnaround, teacher development, and youth leadership initiatives that create sustainable change in resource-constrained communities.

I've led the turnaround of Pakistan Steel Mill Schools and seven non-functional government schools in Sindh, rebuilding operations, strengthening community trust, and expanding access for thousands of students.

At NJV School Management Board, I develop school improvement plans, teacher training, student engagement programs, after-school learning, mother involvement initiatives, and sustainable operational models. I also collaborate with Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development on teacher training frameworks and academic programs.

My work combines education leadership, research, youth development, and creative learning. I've designed environmental sustainability curricula, researched COVID-19 STEM learning loss, facilitated arts-integration workshops, coached undergraduate students, and supported peacebuilding dialogue for youth from Pakistan and India.

Led the complete turnaround of three Pakistan Steel Mill Schools, initiating operations from scratch under a new public-private partnership. Navigated challenges including deteriorated infrastructure, low enrolment, and community skepticism, now catering to approximately 3,000 students.
