I have been working as a software engineer for 13 years. I’ve spent the past 7 years developing and learning new development languages and technologies and growing in my role as a Software Engineer. In which I’ve improved, optimized, and created new products for the company I passed.

In the first 7 years of my career, I worked with ERP systems and went through several companies, primarily during my time as a consultant. This allowed me to gain considerable knowledge regarding different work methodologies, ranging from start-ups to large corporations with all their bureaucratic processes. Additionally, I developed critical thinking skills and consistently delivered objective results.

One of my proudest achievements was participating in the development and launch of a new product that searches for digital influencers' profiles based on many different filters and with faster response time. That product is used daily by both employees and customers, and it is the main process of our activities.

Nowadays, I hold a managerial position as a Team Lead. I continue with my responsibilities as a developer. Still, now I have additional roles like helping my employees grow in their careers, brainstorming new features, and exploring possibilities to improve our solutions with new features or test new possibilities or products. In general, I work like a pear with the Product Management and help him in the process of building new features and translating the technical language into a form that is easy for both them and the clients to understand and speak on the same level.
