At the City of Toronto, I lead business and systems analysis for Toronto Public Health’s first centralized Finance reporting platform, translating budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and decision-support needs across eight directorates and 138 cost centres into standardized requirements for 200+ users.
I’ve delivered SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement reporting integration, consolidated historical and new records into a standardized dataset, resolved data-quality issues, and established reconciliation and validation processes for reliable Tableau reporting. I also redesign finance workflows through automated calculation logic, reducing multi-year forecasting preparation from days to under one hour.
