What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead QMS, audits, and continuous improvement for automotive/global teams—translating ISO/IATF requirements into practical performance. I prefer roles where I can work in remote/hybrid environments and drive CAPA, risk-based thinking, and operational excellence.

I’m a Professional QMS Consultant and QA Manager with over 12 years of hands-on experience across global QA operations, automotive manufacturing, and continuous improvement. I develop and integrate Quality Management Systems spanning ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, translating compliance into operational excellence. As a Certified CQI-IRCA Lead Auditor, I lead cross-functional teams, solve complex production issues, and deliver strategic quality consulting for global clients.

In my roles, I spearhead APQP and ensure alignment to Customer Specific Requirements before mass production, manage NCRs, and drive root-cause actions using 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, and CAPA. I’m also experienced in managing internal and external audits (including IATF and customer audits), coordinating 3rd-party certification audits, and strengthening digital document control for remote/hybrid supplier auditing and global compliance monitoring.
