At Turkish Aerospace Malaysia, I handle software configuration management for five projects and developed a project Software Configuration Management Plan mapped to DO-178C. I maintain configuration items, baselines, change controls, and release records for airborne electronic hardware and embedded software projects.
I also designed a JIRA change management architecture that gives changes a controlled path from request through SCCB review to closure. Management approved the design, and I’m leading its rollout with the SCCB and engineering teams.
At Cochlear Malaysia Sdn Bhd, I held global responsibility for configuration item identification and change management standards. I established Windchill PLM baselines, led Change Review Board meetings, and maintained status accounting and audit-ready records.
Earlier, at Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd, I managed traceability for more than 1,000 controlled engineering and quality documents and initiated process improvements that saved RM30,000 in FY2023. At PHN Industry Sdn Bhd, I designed documentation and configuration protocols for new model launches and streamlined record retrieval.
