At Softswiss, I manage partner operations and integration lifecycles across provider APIs and the Softswiss Universal API. I also coordinate platform configuration and operational readiness for market requirements, including South African licensing compliance.
I managed the end-to-end introduction of a mandatory session_id parameter across providers, from requirements and configuration through testing and production deployment. The work enabled request tracing, supported fraud investigations, and helped resolve technical compliance discrepancies and provider disputes.
