I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise environments across energy, e-commerce, and SAP systems. I specialize in end-to-end testing of complex distributed systems, with a strong focus on data integrity and billing accuracy.

I take ownership of release quality—working with risk-based testing, early requirements involvement, and go/no-go readiness to help prevent production issues. I coordinate integration and system testing across microservices, validate API and integration flows, and ensure teams act on measurable coverage.

In high-pressure release cycles, I’m known for proactive risk identification and system-level thinking. I’ve delivered multiple high-impact production releases with zero critical post-release defects and led root cause analysis with cross-functional partners.

I also invest in people and process: I established QA documentation standards from scratch, implemented Jira–TestRail traceability, and mentored QA engineers through interviews and technical support. I’m ISTQB Certified and bring a practical, structured approach to testing and stakeholder communication.
