At EPAM Systems, I own quality for medical and insurance projects, from test strategy and manual QA process design to execution across complex integrations. I built a QA process and an automation framework from scratch for a distributed medical team.
I'm automating smoke and regression coverage with Python, Selenium, and Pytest, with 50 of 213 target cases automated so far. I also validate Power BI reporting, source-system data accuracy, visualizations, and access controls.
Alongside hands-on testing, I facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-team work, mentor QA engineers, and step in as Scrum Master to maintain delivery continuity.
