At Price Waterhouse Coopers: Lviv Service Delivery Centre, I managed three regional billing projects across CEE and SEE, leading a team of six while keeping the team’s error rate below 5%.
I handled three regional project transitions by assessing risks, calculating team capacity, and identifying workflow problems. I also reviewed client contracts and project rates to support accurate invoicing.
I integrated AI tools and automation into billing workflows to reduce manual reporting and support data analysis. Earlier, I issued more than 5,300 invoices across six CEE countries and participated in testing billing software and migrating a project to SAP.
