I am a systems administrator and IT professional from Tanzania with deep experience in networking, system security, hardware maintenance, and full‑stack programming. I hold a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology and a CCNA certification, and I apply practical, hands‑on methods to solve technical challenges.

Across roles I have managed teams of 20+ and provided support and training for up to 500 end users, administering Windows, Linux and macOS environments, Active Directory, backups and disaster recovery plans. I have implemented security policies, monitoring tools and documentation to improve uptime and operational resilience.

I also bring experience in SaaS (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), B2B sales and customer success, including marketing educational software across African markets and managing translation teams for international product releases. I leverage tools like Slack, Teams, TeamViewer and VoIP to succeed in remote work settings.

Technically I work with MySQL, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Tableau and ERP/academic systems such as Moodle, Edadmin and Engage, and I excel at training, process documentation, and designing pragmatic workarounds that boost team productivity and disaster recovery readiness.
