I've led technology, education, and program operations at 42 Amman, ASAC, Codacity, and Arizona State University, using performance data to improve delivery, reporting, and decision-making.

At 42 Amman, I launched Jordan's first peer-learning coding institution and owned platform performance monitoring, IT infrastructure, security, and reporting across five departments. I built visibility into operational health, supported on-time cohort launches with zero service disruptions, and helped achieve 42 Network certification.

At ASAC, I led a 50+ person team delivering coding bootcamps and corporate training for 3,000+ trainees. I established KPI reporting for 12 projects, tracking a 90% employment rate and 93% average student satisfaction while reporting outcomes, revenue, and ROI to hiring partners, donors, and funders.

I also bring hands-on software and learning-technology experience, from leading 16 engineers through five production applications at Codacity to improving AI-assisted content-generation and QA workflows at Arizona State University. I enjoy translating operational data into dashboards, trends, and practical recommendations for cross-functional teams.
