At Algerian Animal Health Products (AAHP), I manage day-to-day IT operations for approximately 40 workstations and administer the company’s network infrastructure. I designed and deployed a regulatory-required isolated network, from requirements and equipment selection through installation, configuration, and user access.
I support business applications including QAD, IDWEB, and ZKTeco, and deployed GLPI, Odoo, and ERPNext in local test environments. I also manage application and file backups, around 50 corporate email accounts, and related SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.
I built and independently maintain the company’s WordPress website, including its hosting, DNS, SSL, security, backups, and product content. I also create packaging, labels, brochures, and posters using Adobe Illustrator.
My earlier work included teaching English and recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio with digital audio workstations. I hold degrees in English Language and English Literature & Civilisation, and have completed training in IBM IT Fundamentals, Cisco networking, ISO 9001, risk analysis, and deviation management.
