I've led global business development and market expansion across gaming, technology, and AI-enabled services, most recently spearheading SHIFT Group's overseas strategy for game QA, development, AI tools, and outsourcing services.

At Sony Computer Entertainment America, I managed publisher and developer relations, generated more than $250M in annual royalty revenue across key accounts, and brought more than 580 global mobile and game developers to PlayStation platforms. I also led Disney–PlayStation movie and gaming integration that increased revenue by 500% and helped PlayStation Store movie sales reach 35% of total revenue.

I've built and negotiated strategic partnerships with companies including ABC TV, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, Ubisoft, and major publishers, securing $40M in new business through cross-industry deals. At Koei Tecmo America, I grew digital business revenue by 38% while expanding into streaming, mobile, e-sports, VR, TV, and anime content.

My work spans North America, Europe, and Asia, combining cross-cultural negotiation, licensing, market research, and remote team leadership. I'm fluent in English and Japanese and bring AI literacy to business-development strategy in rapidly changing global markets.
