Led GESI integration across organizational programs and policies, including development of a Safeguarding Policy and oversight of SHEHA mechanisms. Conducted situational and gender analyses and delivered capacity building on GBV prevention, case management, and gender-responsive climate interventions, while strengthening GBV evidence through database development and shadow reporting.

Conducted action research on Asset-Based Community Driven Development (ABCD) approaches in Addis Ababa woredas. Gathered, analyzed, and interpreted qualitative and quantitative data to inform community empowerment strategies and produced stakeholder-facing research reports and recommendations.

Coordinated a national platform advancing gender equality in higher education and research. Developed proposals and strategic plans, managed newsletters and trainings (including ToT), and led website development to increase knowledge sharing and visibility of gender initiatives.

Provided high-level advisory support to the Minister on gender equality initiatives and national development planning. Conducted gender mainstreaming assessments and policy mapping, and supported development of national frameworks including case management systems, the Youth Connect initiative, and the 5-Year Roadmap to End FGM and Child Marriage.

Mainstreamed gender and cross-cutting issues into road construction projects and programs. Conducted gender analyses, developed gender integration manuals, and designed monitoring and evaluation frameworks, while delivering capacity building for staff and partners and supporting stakeholder engagement.

Designed and supported systematic gender mainstreaming approaches across university faculties. Conducted research and organized workshops, panels, and training programs, and provided guidance and counseling services for students and staff.
