AI Automation Engineer building practical n8n workflows, with 20+ years of hands-on IT Technical Support experience.
IndonesiaWhat I'm looking for
I’m an AI Automation Engineer building workflows with n8n, connecting everyday tools and AI to reduce repetitive manual work. I focus on practical, reliable setups that are easy to understand and maintain, and I’m continuing to grow my skills through hands-on projects.
My foundation is 20+ years in IT Technical Support (1997-2023) across several companies in Indonesia. Working directly with end users taught me how problems really happen, how to explain solutions clearly to non-technical people, and how to document things so they last. I bring that same mindset into the automations I build.
I’m looking for remote roles in AI automation, and I’m also open to IT Technical Support roles where my hands-on experience is a good fit.
I work remotely from Indonesia (UTC+7), with good overlap for Asia-Pacific teams and workable hours for Europe.
