I owned IAM architecture, roadmaps, scope, and delivery for a seven-module implementation completed within seven months. I designed Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows and implemented RBAC models that reduced access provisioning time by 65%.

Most recently, I managed IAM/IGA implementations at EmpowerID across on-premises and cloud environments, defining security requirements and advising customers on access governance, controls, and implementation approaches.
