I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own end-to-end service delivery and technical implementation in mission-critical environments—building high-performing teams, strengthening IT governance, and delivering secure, scalable networks and data centers.

I’m an Enterprise Technology Leader with 10+ years of progressive experience designing, operating, and managing large-scale IT infrastructures across financial institutions, public sector agencies, and enterprise environments. My focus is networks, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and data center transformation—delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget.

I’m currently a Service Delivery Manager at BIOS Engineering and Trading PLC, where I lead technical implementation for Enterprise Network Service, Data Center Facility Service, Integrated Security Systems Service, and Unified Collaboration Service. I serve as a technical point of contact for client communication, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive quality through technical reviews, inspections, and resource allocation.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Network Engineer and Sr. Implementation Engineer/Project Manager, combining presales and delivery responsibilities. I’ve designed and supported Enterprise LAN/WAN and unified communication network solutions, handled remote and on-site troubleshooting, and led firmware upgrades and optimization across network, security, and unified communication systems.

Across roles like Country IT Head, I’ve built robust IT governance, managed service desk/ticketing operations, and led infrastructure standards, service transition, and compliance. I’ve also served as technical focal points and implementation leads for large deployments—covering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, Fortinet SD-WAN/NGFW environments, IT Infrastructure modernization, and data center expansion with HLD/LLD and as-built documentation.
