With Syervo, I designed a multi-tenant SaaS platform for gyms, using Supabase and PostgreSQL with Row Level Security so each gym can only access its own records. The platform has operated continuously in the cloud for over five months, with two gyms active in a test environment.
I built Syervo’s WhatsApp assistant with WhatsApp Cloud API and n8n. It validates incoming webhooks with HMAC signatures, maintains conversation context, and can switch between Groq and Google Gemini if the primary model is slow or unavailable.
I orchestrated 11 operational modules in n8n, including attendance, billing, licensing, payments, and communications. I also implemented four access levels to restrict reading and editing across modules.
Before Syervo, I developed and delivered BioGym, a gym management MVP sold under contract, and built Delivery Pro, an Android training simulator sold to a client. I also implemented a restaurant ordering chatbot for GastroBot Medellín and developed administrative panels for monetization and subscriptions.
