What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote work where I can apply construction estimating, bidding, commercial, and engineering-document expertise, including AI training and evaluation tasks. I can contribute 20–30 flexible hours weekly with overlap for US mornings and European afternoons.

I've delivered remote tender packages, BOQ pricing, technical proposals, and final accounts for contractor clients across China since 2016, including numerous Huaneng Group power-plant tenders.

At Chongqing Bingwu Construction Engineering, I led site and commercial work for industrial and municipal projects, managing procurement, variations, progress claims, method statements, and settlements. For the Xinxin plant relocation, my supported final account achieved RMB 25.41M approval after independent audit.

My work spans municipal roads, drainage networks, wastewater plants, industrial buildings, land consolidation, fit-out, fire protection, and high-risk construction method statements. I maintain an archive of 26 real projects and 110 GB of source documents so my pricing and technical judgments remain traceable.

I'm also equipped for engineering AI training and evaluation work, including expert Q&A, rubric writing, model grading, structured extraction from tenders and BOQs, and code-based fact-checking. I use Glodon, AutoCAD, Python, and AI automation tools to make bid and document work faster and more reliable.
