Co-developed a brand identity system, establishing typography, color palette, and literature/cultural studies guidelines for consistent cross-platform use. Led visual redesign work and produced narrative-driven illustration and illustrative motion for brand promos and social content.

Created 30+ wallpaper designs rooted in Samsung’s brand philosophy and produced an illustrative animation explainer using original Adobe Illustrator artwork. Rigged and animated 3D product feature visuals in After Effects, and supported client deliverables including presentation decks and projection mapping work.

Illustrated 10+ thematic digital backdrops for a photography studio, tailored to different shooting scenarios and visual moods. Produced storyboard-driven character and IP-oriented narrative artwork, including select animated pieces for studio display.

Developed key visuals for 3 to 4 brand campaigns (7 to 8 KV posters) for pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, Haleon, J&J, Roche, and Novo Nordisk. Designed custom illustrations and quarterly report graphics and delivered 30+ promotional posters and multiple logo design proposals for campaign and editorial needs.

Designed an IP character system across two iterations, totaling ~18 full-body characters with accessories, expression sheets, and costume variations. Produced promotional posters, album covers, seasonal campaign graphics, and illustrated/animated an official music video; also developed 2D and 3D logo animations.

Contributed to the immersive exhibition “Magnificence and Grandeur: Immersive Experience of Grotto Art,” creating an NPC host character system and supporting VR-adapted visual assets. Produced atmospheric scene illustrations for projected immersive environments and supported motion concept design for projection sequences and touch-responsive visitor experiences.

Created a 12-piece contemporary character card illustration series for branded merchandise, reimagining historical figures in modern contexts. Designed children’s award certificates and directed, storyboarded, filmed, and edited an exhibition promotional video with participation in on-site installation.

Designed 3 to 4 WeChat editorial features on Chinese botanical traditions, pairing original plant illustrations with editorial layout design.

Earned a Master of Arts in Illustration at SCAD with coursework in advanced illustration, storyboarding & concept art, visual storytelling, and brand identity design.

Earned a Master of Arts in Motion Media Design at SCAD, studying motion graphics design, storyboarding, and visual storytelling as part of the graduate curriculum.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature, covering comparative literature, creative writing, folklore & mythology, and cross-cultural communication.
