What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my security compliance, incident documentation, operational leadership, and bilingual communication skills in a regulated environment.

At TSA at Orlando International Airport, I lead daily passenger screening, coordinate compliance decisions, and maintain operations across screening checkpoints and baggage areas.

I prepare detailed incident reports, gather facts from passengers and witnesses, maintain activity logs, and follow chain-of-custody and referral procedures for matters needing administrative or criminal review.

I also mentor junior officers on regulatory compliance, screening procedures, and professional conduct. Using advanced English and Spanish, I explain procedures, gather witness statements, and de-escalate volatile passenger situations.

Earlier, I provided Spanish-English interpretation for medical, legal, insurance, and finance calls, and supported patient services, referrals, confidential records, and Health Insurance Marketplace consumers in regulated environments.
