At IBM, I maintained and enhanced DBS internet banking, including an FPS flow revamp and work that reduced e-banking dashboard loading latency by ~30%. I also supported discovery for an internet banking revamp and provided production troubleshooting.
I revamped DBS's legacy investment sales application from .NET with MSSQL to Spring Boot with MariaDB, and moved batch jobs to Spring Batch with MariaDB. I also reduced memory heap usage in a data-import batch job by ~50%.
For Cathay Pacific at IBM, I revamped a legacy payment application integrated with PayPal, covering invoicing, billing, and reporting. Earlier, at Accenture Technology, I worked on identity access management and data migration for AIA, and maintained Cathay Pacific's chatbot framework microservice.
Before that, I maintained ecommerce applications at Cosme de net and developed a price prediction application in R at Hannover Re. I'm now a full-time MSc Atmosphere, Ocean and Climate student at the University of Reading, with a BSc in Mathematics and minors in Computer Science and Statistics.
