At UPC Cambridge Limited, I manage ISO 13485 recertification, laboratory compliance, and engineering projects from proposal and scoping through test execution and reporting.
I investigate manufacturing and product failures, lead root cause analyses, and work directly with customers to implement and verify corrective actions. I also design custom test rigs and conduct mechanical and performance testing in-house.
Previously at TWI, I managed multi-site equipment calibration, audited ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and ISO 45001 systems, and drove corrective actions and continuous improvement. I have also built and maintained hydraulic test machines for endurance and fatigue testing in corrosive environments.
I bring more than 10 years of experience across medical devices, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, and material science, alongside a BEng in Aerospace Technology. I enjoy mentoring apprentices, leading technical discussions, and applying practical engineering discipline to quality and testing challenges.
