Led a 10-person Database/Data Warehouse team while remaining actively hands-on with enterprise SQL Server and Data Warehouse environments. Designed, administered, and troubleshot SQL Server platforms, performed advanced performance tuning, and led end-to-end database solutions and a retail-sector Data Warehouse project.

Founded and managed a database consultancy while remaining hands-on across SQL Server and Oracle environments. Delivered DBA services, performance tuning, troubleshooting, architecture, optimization, technical training, presales, and Proof of Concepts for enterprise and public-sector customers.

Worked across DB2, Data Warehouse, DataStage, Netezza, Big Data, and Optim in consulting and presales engagements.

Served as a senior technical expert for enterprise and mission-critical SQL Server environments across EMEA, with major telecom and financial-services customers. Led the three-year Türk Telekom Data Warehouse engagement (60 TB), covering management, training, planning, database design, and SAN configuration. Delivered SQL Server and BI health checks, performance tuning, and optimization engagement

Provided remote SQL Server support and administration across EMEA; handled complex escalations, root-cause investigations, and structural problem resolution. Performed core-banking SQL Server performance tuning in Ukraine and designed/implemented database and cube structures for a BI project in Spain.

Held DBA responsibility for the bank-wide database environment across SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2, supporting credit-card, investment-banking, and Data Warehouse systems. Designed and implemented the Disaster Recovery System Center for HSBC Turkey and led database work for major bank-wide transition initiatives.
