I'm replatforming Resy backend services from EC2 and Auto Scaling Groups to Kubernetes on AWS EKS, while integrating services with internal American Express systems and upgrading legacy dependencies.

I develop and maintain Python microservices with Django, Flask, and FastAPI, working across AWS, Kafka, SQS, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, MySQL, and Celery. I also act as an SME for backend services, covering code reviews, refactoring, releases, performance improvements, and production incident resolution.

Across freelance work in fintech, healthcare, social media, recruiting, and consumer applications, I've built REST APIs and improved existing systems through automated testing, refactoring, stability work, and backend architecture.

My earlier work spans team leadership and backend development in Java, Python, .NET, and ASP.NET, including customer integrations, mentoring, microservices, reporting systems, real estate applications, and a Bitcoin-to-fiat exchange platform.
