What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable backend systems and APIs, own complex features end-to-end, solve performance challenges, and contribute to teams that value rigorous testing, clean code, thoughtful reviews, and strong engineering standards.

At Slabstack, I deliver core backend capabilities for a sales, pricing, and business-intelligence platform, including its paid Backlog & Actuals analytics product, multi-truck quoting, role-based access control, and integrations with four dispatch systems. I own work from SQL and data models through production rollout, improving heavy read paths and eliminating timeout-prone flows.

Over more than a decade, I've built Golang microservices and APIs for Salesforge, Picstars, DigitalOcean, Delivery Hero, and Virgil Security. I contribute to Apache Airflow, MLflow's Go Tracking Server, and Psycopg 3, and I care deeply about maintainable code, rigorous automated testing, and practical engineering standards.
