Joined as the first engineer, designing and building the cloud-native backend architecture and GCP infrastructure for Pam, an AI platform backed by a $1M funding round. Grew and led an engineering team from 1 to 4 developers, owning technical planning, architecture decisions, code reviews, delivery, and mentoring.

Designed and maintained a distributed backend ecosystem handling 2,000+ RPS across multiple services, including Backend Service, automated video translation, subtitle generation and other services. Reduced deployment time from ~30 minutes with planned downtime to ~5 minutes with zero downtime, automating application deployment and database migration workflows.

Developed backend functionality for OPTX, a large-scale financial platform, using FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. Optimized PostgreSQL queries using raw SQL, indexes, and materialized views, improving database performance.

Taught Python to teenagers through an educational initiative, focusing on core programming concepts and hands-on projects. Delivered weekly lessons on basics, data structures, and OOP, and provided individual support to help students build confidence and problem-solving skills.

Developed and maintained backend services for a platform focused on automated invoice processing and document management. Designed and fully developed a full-stack service using Django REST Framework, Nginx, and React.js for a client business requirement.

Developed backend functionality for internal CRM and pricing platforms supporting a luxury e-commerce retailer. Implemented advanced filtering, role-based access control, and bulk pricing operations using Pyramid and MongoDB.

Developed and maintained backend features and internal tools using Django and Flask. Built and maintained REST APIs serving 10K+ users, including authentication, file uploads, and background task processing.
