I seek a customer service or healthcare support role where I can apply my midwifery experience, strong communication, and empathy to improve client experiences, work collaboratively, and grow professionally.

I am a registered midwife with hands-on experience providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, and a strong history of delivering compassionate, patient-centered support in high-pressure clinical settings. I consistently document care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and respond promptly in emergencies while educating clients on maternal and newborn health.

Now transitioning into customer service and healthcare support roles, I leverage my communication, problem-solving, and emotional-support skills to resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
