I’m a Senior QA Analyst working on Violetis, an AI-powered platform that blends AI features with standard workflows. I run end-to-end manual QA across functional, regression, sanity, and smoke releases while also doing exploratory testing to surface edge cases and usability gaps.

I test across browsers and devices to make sure behavior stays consistent across environments. I also handle API testing in Postman—validating request/response details and status codes—and support end-to-end workflow verification.

On the data side, I validate database/backend logic with SQL and verify data integrity after files move through SFTP/FTP. I log, track, and manage defects in JIRA and collaborate closely with developers and product managers in Agile sprints.

Before this, at Ness Technologies (ZS / Zaidyn Data Hub), I converted requirements into detailed test cases, maintained the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in Zephyr Squad, and executed manual functional, regression, and sanity testing for web and mobile. I also contributed to automation regression using Selenium WebDriver with Core Java and TestNG, and I’m currently upskilling with TestSprite for AI-driven testing.
