I'm looking to lead end-to-end quality for web, mobile, API, enterprise, and AI products, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor QA teams, and improve testing processes through effective strategy and automation.

I've led quality assurance for Mercer Health, RFP AI Generator, DSL, and iZooto, delivering end-to-end testing across web, mobile, REST API, enterprise, and Generative AI applications.

At iZooto, I led a QA team of eight, defined test strategies and sprint cycles across multiple clients, collaborated with 50+ stakeholders, and drove a pilot automation program that achieved a 10% cost reduction. I also migrated test processes to JIRA/Xray, improving visibility and efficiency.

I test Generative AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, response quality, and prompt behavior, while building reliable releases through functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and localization testing.
