What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Associate Product Manager role where I can use my ERP implementation, customer feedback, and UAT experience to support data-informed, user-centric product decisions.

At Effortless Private Limited, I capture customer feedback for product decisions, guide users through onboarding and feature demos, and work with product and engineering teams to validate solutions. I also partner with QA and development to test new features and maintain customer-facing documentation.

At Emporis Academy Private Limited, I led requirements gathering and UAT for Dynamics AX implementations, delivering features including Barcode Integration and E-Invoice Enablement. I translated business needs into functional specifications, coordinated testing and releases, and trained users on new workflows.
