I've supported Amplitude Software Systems' logistics ERP products by building realistic freight-forwarding demo environments, conducting live IFF module demonstrations, and helping prospective NVOCCs, transport companies, and freight forwarders understand product workflows.

I've reported, reproduced, documented, and followed more than 30 front-end and back-end defects through resolution across Freight Forwarding, Liner Agency, and Warehouse Management modules. I work closely with technical teams to clarify issues, support prioritization discussions, and ensure demonstrations reflect real customer workflows.

As a Product Management Trainee and Intern, I created 40+ instructional scripts and rewrote, formatted, and edited 40+ FAQ articles for logistics ERP users. I also designed testing plans for the Subscription Manager module and developed hands-on understanding of freight forwarding operations, documentation, reporting, and process-specific requirements.

I've also worked on a Hotel Review Intelligence Platform using RAG, where I evaluated usability, identified UI and functional issues, refined requirements, and used detailed prompts to implement targeted improvements. I'm especially interested in turning real workflow pain points into useful product improvements and working software.
