With over three decades of experience in finance and accounting, I have successfully held leadership roles in various prestigious organizations, including Cascade Tokyo and METRO Cash & Carry Japan. My journey began with an MBA from the University of North Carolina, which laid the foundation for my expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

Throughout my career, I have consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and financial reporting. At METRO, I led a project that enhanced the store POS system, significantly boosting productivity. My proactive approach in hiring and training new accountants rebuilt a high-performing finance team, while my efforts in improving closing processes resulted in a notable upgrade in our IFRS country closing score.
