What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my teaching, communication, customer-service, and intercultural experience to support people, improve processes, and continue growing in an international environment.

I'm currently teaching French and English to primary-school children at CAP Education and Mercury Education in Ho Chi Minh City, creating interactive learning materials and immersive activities suited to their linguistic and cultural needs.

Previously, I improved customer support at Excced through advanced technical diagnosis, a new-hire integration program, and ticketing-process improvements that reduced average handling time by 20%. My earlier sales and customer-service roles at Sitel and Right Call Place strengthened my consultative selling, client retention, reporting, and communication skills, while my Master's in Purchasing and Logistics built a foundation in supply-chain operations.
