At Cookiery.pl in Warsaw, I run daily operations across customer service, sales, inventory, and store performance. I also designed and launched an AI-assisted customer engagement system using QR codes, a gamified spin-the-wheel game, Google Review prompts, and Instagram Story incentives.
The system brought in 349 Google reviews at 4.9 stars in Warsaw in the first three months, and 327 reviews at 4.8 stars at the Lodz branch in about two months. It also drew more than 6,100 players and hundreds of customer Instagram stories.
Alongside managing Cookiery.pl, I build AI projects including a RAG pipeline with hybrid retrieval and an evaluation harness, and an n8n workflow that triages support tickets with a local LLM. My other projects explore tool-calling agents, Model Context Protocol, and LoRA fine-tuning.
I'm studying AI Engineering at Vistula University in Warsaw. Before Cookiery.pl, I supported e-commerce operations at Noon and worked in sales at Mobile Retail in Abu Dhabi.
