I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations through CRM data, reporting, process automation, and practical analysis that supports better planning and decisions.

I've improved logistics operations at Zemlerob by implementing a CRM-based tracking system for spare parts, maintenance, and purchases across two storage locations.

I built tracking and analytics for vehicle breakdowns, maintenance, and oil changes, while automating scheduled reminders to reduce manual monitoring. I also used operational metrics to improve process visibility and planning.
