What I'm looking for

I seek a senior localization or language-lead role where I can drive quality improvement, coach translators, and collaborate with client language specialists to scale localization excellence.

I am an experienced language lead, external linguist, and localization specialist with a strong background in linguistic research, lexicography, translation management, and instructor roles. I have led quality assurance, managed arbitrations, and developed improvement plans for translators at major localization providers.

My career spans roles as Translation Manager at Bayan-tech, Linguistic Researcher at Pico-Amls, External Linguist/Language Lead at RWS, and part-time instructor for localization and legal translation at AUC/USSAT and Helwan University. I have presented at regional localization conferences and contributed to Moravia Checker rule development and centralized product expertise.

I focus on actionable quality improvement, effective communication with client language specialists and reviewers, and coaching translators to prevent quality degradation.
