At Amazon, I supported Weekly Business Reviews by monitoring operational metrics and highlighting trends and issues. I also used root-cause analysis to resolve complex catalog escalations and contributed recommendations for process improvements.
For my portfolio projects, I analyzed a $1.7 billion sales dataset covering 1,328 orders across 45 countries, examining revenue, costs, profit and performance by channel, product and geography. I also built an automated Excel and Power Query reporting workflow with data validation, KPI calculations and repeatable folder-based ingestion.
