I support complete revenue-cycle workflows for US mental health providers at Tidemark VA Services, working remotely from Dubai during US hours.
I handle payment posting, pVerify eligibility verification, prior authorizations, EHR/EMR navigation, and client-facing billing support while working under HIPAA standards.
I investigate RPA errors before they become revenue problems. I recently identified a vendor-side automation fault behind increased verification costs and coordinated directly with the vendor team to resolve it.
