At AWS, I own complex, high-priority enterprise database incidents across database internals, application behavior, networking, and storage. I work to resolve technical issues while keeping enterprise stakeholders informed.
As an AWS DMS Subject-Matter Expert, I lead and troubleshoot migrations across more than 20 commercial and open-source database engines. My work includes replication, change-data-capture, connectivity, performance, and recovery issues.
Before my current role, I led investigations into business-critical database and migration incidents as a Cloud Support Engineer I – Databases. I also earned RDS Postgres SME recognition and authored troubleshooting runbooks and prescriptive guidance.
I’ve built Python automation for infrastructure cost optimization and AI-powered support tooling using agentic workflows and structured prompt engineering. I also co-developed a data-driven attribution framework and have mentored engineers and led technical training sessions for peers.
