I am a PostgreSQL Database Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing databases across on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS and Azure. I specialize in PostgreSQL (9.x–16.x), MySQL, Redshift, Citus Data and TimescaleDB, and have led full-scale migrations and platform engineering projects.

I have successfully executed Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations using AWS SCT and DMS, built high-availability clusters with Patroni and ETCD, implemented backup strategies with pgBackRest, and tuned databases for performance and scalability. I routinely provision infrastructure with Terraform, configure monitoring and alerts via CloudWatch and SNS, and enforce secure access with IAM and role management.
