At POPTECH Growth, I build Golang-based card platforms used by 1.5L+ activated-card users. My Card Orchestration Layer integrates with YES BANK and handles roughly 50K requests a day at about 500 ms p95 latency.
I designed a configurable Business Rules Engine that evaluates 10 rules for around 10K customers daily, helping improve credit-card approval rates from 50% to 70%. I also built a rewards system supporting roughly 8K daily transactions with 99.99% availability.
I improve operational reliability through centralized Datadog observability across five card services, reducing production incident detection time to about five minutes. I’ve also delivered retry workflows, Redis Delayed Queue-based post-onboarding communications, and a hybrid card journey that increased app installs by 80%.
