I am a PSM I-certified Scrum Master and Agile practitioner with 8+ years embedded in high-velocity software delivery teams, combining hands-on iOS engineering experience with formal Scrum facilitation. I have led Agile delivery for large consumer apps (Moneycontrol, Voot Kids, Dainik Bhaskar), reduced sprint carryover through proactive impediment removal, and improved team velocity via targeted retrospective actions.
