What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support senior leaders in fast-moving, cross-border investment and partnership work—owning confidential deal pipelines, research, and investor materials, while building practical operating systems (Notion/Sheets) that improve execution and decision velocity.

I’m an Executive Partner supporting senior leadership across venture capital, private equity, M&A, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and executive operations. I manage confidential deal pipelines, coordinate cross-border stakeholders, and produce investor-ready materials that move decisions forward.

In my current role, I run a live pipeline of 10–20 opportunities spanning venture capital, private equity, M&A, secondary transactions, real estate, debt financing, and strategic partnerships. I maintain deal-level information across valuation, fee structure, timelines, and counterparties, and I’m transitioning tracking from spreadsheets into a more interactive CRM.

I conduct primary research and competitive analysis, including corporate and board research, then translate it into company teasers, anonymised pipeline summaries, market maps, data-room materials, and financial-model analysis. I also coordinate 10–15 senior-level meetings per month, delivering 4–6 briefs, research outputs, or presentations weekly with agendas, talking points, minutes, and action tracking.

Before executive support, I strengthened my operational and commercial execution through end-to-end travel account operations and B2B client relationships using Amadeus GDS. I also train new participants on professional communication and executive support workflows—backed by an engineering background that keeps my problem-solving structured, hands-on, and execution-focused.
