I’m a Project Manager with an engineering background. I started as a QA & automation engineer, writing Java test suites and testing APIs, and then moved into running delivery on a B2B SaaS platform—leading real technical conversations about scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.

As Lead Project Manager at ZenMobile Agency, I’ve owned end-to-end releases as the sole PM—from sprint planning through QA, bug triage, sign-off, and launch—coordinating every team that touched a feature. I built and governed the tracker the team actually used in Jira, so stakeholders could see what was shipping, blocked, or next, while I chased cross-team and third-party dependencies to surface risks early. I also reduced coordination overhead by automating follow-up with an agent that checks status changes and posts findings for human approval, and I delivered three third-party integrations end-to-end, including Unity Ads via API.

Before that, I led delivery as Project Manager by making build-vs-buy decisions that cut development expenditure by 25%, and I helped migrate the team from Waterfall to Scrum—shipping beta two sprints earlier with a planning cadence, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting that outlasted the project. Earlier, I built the QA function from scratch, drove near-full automation of core user flows, and used API testing (Postman) and load testing (JMeter) to inform engineering leadership and architecture discussions, including recruiting and onboarding a junior QA engineer.
