What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support accurate payroll, accounts payable, financial administration, reporting, and process improvement while continuing to apply my technical and data-analysis skills.

I process and review payroll data for the City of Newark Office of Information Technology, helping ensure accurate, timely employee payments and confidential recordkeeping.

I resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to employee inquiries, and prepare Excel reports for payroll KPI tracking and daily operations. I use administrative, technical, and problem-solving skills to improve payroll accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Previously, I supported City of Newark users with hardware, software, network, connectivity, and access issues. I managed accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365, analyzed help desk trends, and documented clear technical solutions.

I also bring administrative support experience from the Mayor’s Office, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology and certifications in CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, CCNA, and payroll.
