What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale omni-channel e-commerce growth, build high-performing teams, and create consumer-led strategies across platforms, marketing, operations, and data.

I've built and led e-commerce growth for Staub at Zwilling, Elanco Animal Health, Royal Canin, and Pepsi. At Staub, I led national e-commerce for a RMB 400 million GMV luxury cookware brand and delivered more than 120% of the Q1 target.

At Elanco, I built the pet e-commerce business from zero to RMB 180 million by 2025, representing 50% of pet-business omni-channel sales and 25% industry market share. I developed official-channel and flagship-store strategies, grew Douyin more than 90% year over year, expanded KOL partnerships from 300 to over 2,000, and built a 10-person team spanning sales, marketing, data analysis, and operations.

Earlier, I grew Royal Canin distributor sales and JD.com self-operated business for Lay's, combining platform strategy, CRM, content marketing, new-product launches, and client partnerships. I enjoy turning consumer insight, platform resources, and cross-functional teams into measurable e-commerce growth.
