At Amazon, I engineered payment orchestration for Amazon Pay into SmartBIZ, covering merchant onboarding, processing, refunds, prepaid offers, and guest checkout across distributed payment systems. I designed event-driven payment synchronization with asynchronous SNS-based workflows and real-time reconciliation, reducing payment state inconsistencies by 40% and improving transaction reliability.

I also architected extensible multi-provider payment infrastructure and built secure Visa/Mastercard tokenization workflows to enable compliant saved-card functionality, improving checkout completion by 25%.
